President

Thiago Pinheiro began his journey in the advertising industry by founding his first agency in 2012. His expertise in corporate branding and visual communication, combined with practical marketing strategies, helped establish him as a reputable branding expert in the industry.

Besides his skill sets as designer and developer, he prides himself on being a problem solver, and his ability to bring ideas into reality.

The key to his success lies in his exceptional ability to excel across various aspects of the branding and marketing implementation process, maintaining a high standard in each area. In the early years of his agency, Thiago was mostly a one-man show, skillfully handling everything from designing brand identities and building websites to creating printed graphics and installing storefronts.

His passion for brand identity still at his core; he remains hands on in multiple projects, from design to product development. In the list of creative achievement, Thiago has been instrumental in shaping and elevating brands, particularly in the dental and eye care sectors.

In the dental industry, Thiago played a pivotal role as the architect behind the development and marketing of the Done In One brand. His expertise and strategic approach contributed to positioning it as one of the most innovative companies in implant dentistry.

In eye care, his notable contributions include the creation of distinctive brands for Eyecare Advisors such as Bocaview, Seaview, View, Visual Eyes. These brands reflect his unique blend of creativity and strategic vision, further solidifying his status in professional circles.

In 2019, Thiago made a pivotal move by partnering with two of his key clients, leading to the transformation and expansion of his agency Skypine Creative, into Daart Advertising. This strategic shift allowed the agency to focus primarily on eye care and dentistry, working exclusively with Eyecare Advisors, and Done In One, paving the way for future ventures.

Not long after, Thiago embarked on his next venture, co-founding DryEye Rescue alongside his partner and mentor, Dr. Aaron Evans. This venture quickly grew into one of the most exciting brands in the eye care space, bringing a fresh and innovative presence in the market.

Besides his pivotal role in brand building and marketing for DryEye Rescue, Thiago achieved a significant milestone in product development. He masterfully designed the DryEye Rescue Kiosk from the ground up, effectively bringing Aaron’s vision to life. This major achievement led to more than 500 kiosks now prominently featured in numerous practices throughout the U.S., showcasing the tangible success and cool impact of his product design skills.

Through DryEye Rescue, Thiago has showcased his exceptional ability to create and nurture dynamic brands, cementing the venture’s status as a leading and influential entity in the eye care industry.

Away from work, Thiago’s greatest joy is raising his family with his wife, his favorite part of life. He also enjoys the outdoors and a variety of sports. This balance between his professional life and personal happiness shows his belief in enjoying both work and family time to the fullest.

Thiago Pinheiro built his first advertising agency in 2012 and has an extensive background in corporate branding, visual communication, and in-depth marketing implementation.

Although he has an incredible skillset as designer and developer, he considers himself a “problem solver”  first, with the ability to turn ideas and concepts into reality.

Considered by many around a “creative guru”, he has used his creative talents to help create many successful brands in dentistry and eye care.

In 2019, he partnered with his two best clients at the time to expand the agency and converted it to Daart Advertising, making the agency exclusive to Eyecare Advisors and Done In One, and focusing primarily in eye care and dentistry.

After years of building brands and the experience acquired implementing provider marketing services in dentistry, Thiago and Aaron ventured to create DryEye Rescue, one of the most exciting and fresh brands in the eye care space.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities and sports in general.

Aaron Evans, O.D.

Managing Partner

Aaron Evans, an optometrist by profession, began his venture into private optometry with the acquisition of his first practice in 2009. His dedication and visionary leadership have since expanded his operations across multiple locations, culminating in the creation of the Eyecare Advisors Group. Aaron’s commitment to delivering an elevated eye care experience, coupled with significant investments to enhance patient care, has redefined the standards for optometry practices in South Florida.

Recognizing the challenges faced by private optometrists, Aaron shifted his focus from clinical practice to developing innovative ventures aimed at addressing the needs within the optometry business. Among these initiatives is DryEye Rescue, a bold and groundbreaking startup, where Aaron, as its co-founder and CEO, has propelled to the forefront of the eye care industry. DryEye Rescue has introduced a comprehensive system that supports eye doctors nationwide in expanding their practices and elevating the level of patient care, showcasing Aaron’s ongoing influence on improving the optometry landscape.

Daniel Noorthoek, DMD, MS

Managing Partner

Dr. Noorthoek has successfully placed over 20,000 dental implants and 4,000 arches, and changed the lives of countless patients.

He continues to pursue his goal of making new Done In One® smiles financially obtainable to anyone in need.

When not helping patients at his private practice in Boca Raton, Dr. Noorthoek and his wife Beth can be found enjoying the outdoors – either on a boat, snow skiing, traveling, golfing, or attending Florida Gator or Kentucky WildCat games. Rounding out the Noorthoek household are their two rescue dogs, Cole (Weimaraner) & Boone (Golden Retriever).

Dr. Daniel Noorthoek Began His Higher Education In 2003 At The University Of Florida (UF), Where He Graduated On An Accelerated Timeline, Earning His Bachelor Of Science Degree In Microbiology & Cell Science In 2005.

In 2010, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UF before relocating to the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) to begin his training in periodontology. Returning to his Gator roots, he received his Postgraduate Certificate in Periodontology and hi Masters of Science in Dentistry degree at UF in 2013. With schooling out of the way, Dr. Noorthoek began to focus specifically on the needs of patients with missing teeth, and those with teeth that were beyond repair.

In 2016, Dr. Noorthoek founded Done In One®, a unique dental company that offers a variety of options to permanently replace missing teeth using the dental implants, the latest materials, and an expedited immediate load protocol.
